A r i a m i d
i took a few steps forward, looking for the signs of another. nothing, nothing at all. had no cat but me stepped into these hills. i kept padding along, feeling like something out of a scary movie. i had tried to catch a mouse earlier, sure i had caught it, but it didn`t fill me up. my paw prints were barely visible on the soft moss that lined the floor. i looked around yet again, all that i could see were thick pines clustered together.Over head even the sun was blocked out. I guess no one, was, here. I sighed and started collecting pine needles to make a bed of sorts.I knew i was in camp, and i was going to bed down in a cave that was made by fallen rocks. I carryed the pine needles into the cave, than almost dropped them. the cave went, well, into a cave. i put the pine needles in a corner, noticeing before i went to sleep that falling rain droplets had formed a shallow pool near the middle of the cave.ah, this was home. i sighed, than closed my eyes, contented.

Bounding though the forest at lightening speed, Elmo felt free. It had been exactly one month since his death; for the first two weeks, he had stayed close to the spot he'd died. But now, he roamed the forests like a haunted spirit, and it felt great. The hundreds of wild scents that filled his button nose, the feel of moss and pine needles beneath his paws, and the sounds of mice scurrying away from him. It was all enough to make a cat very happy. Grinning to himself, the young, white and grey kit kept going, leaping over fallen logs and twisted branches; until he stopped. He could smell another cat; a scent which he hadn't come across since his death. Pale green eyes widening, Elmo followed the scent, which was getting stronger and stronger. Soon, he had wandered into ForestClan; and even the young, naiive kit could tell that it was claimed territory. Letting out a quiet 'hello?', Elmo padded softly in through the trees, stopping eventually outside a small den. The cat whose scent he had been following was inside; peeking in with eyes wide, Elmo let out a little mew.
